Tactical Swimpole

        

All Tactical Swim Poles are made from high grade Carbon-Fibre for the low weight and stiffness that is required for most operational uses. Although the Swim Poles are used in many land based applications to reach otherwise inaccessible places, their main use is with Special Forces groups involved in marine based assault. The Tactical Swim Poles are available in 3 different sizes.

Each of the three models contain telescopic sections that are locked into place by simple ergonomically designed push levers.  The design enables operators to quickly extend and lock the sections into place with no room for error even in conditions of low or zero visibility. This is a particularly important feature for members of the Special Forces assault teams who carry the poles underwater and must operate the equipment whilst wearing heavy diving gloves.

The top section of every Tactical Swim Pole has a locating slot to accept the attachment of a titanium man-rated grapple hook. There are many different configurations of the hook.  The one you will need will be determined by what you expect to hook it onto e.g. the bulwark or handrail of a vessel.
